Should your Stolen Vehicle Recovery or monitoring device be removed or damaged regardless of whether your vehicle is in an accident or not, we will ensure that the device is replaced free of charge. No excess is applicable and Tracker Device Protection premium is only R22 per month or R264 per annum.

Once your stolen vehicle is successfully recovered, Tracker Track & Tow will ensure that the vehicle is safely towed from the recovery location or the police pound and taken to a specified address of your choice, provided it is within South Africa. No excess is applicable and Tracker Track & Tow premium is only R35 per month or R420 per annum.

When the 12-month warranty on your Tracker Stolen Vehicle Recovery or monitoring device expires, Tracker Extended Warranty will cover your device for mechanical, electrical or electronic breakdown, wear and tear and gradual deterioration for a period of 24 months (month 13 to month 36). No excess is applicable and Tracker Extended Warranty premium is only R11 per month or R132 per annum

Cover is the same as the above, but now you can pay a once off premium during the first 12 months of your Tracker Subscription contract. Premium is only R240.

In the unfortunate event of your vehicle being stolen or hijacked, Tracker Theft Rescue will provide you with:

• Rental vehicle for 3 days-first tank of petrol on us.
• Rica Cell phone with R200 airtime pre-loaded.
• R2000 in cash.
• 1 Hour telephonic trauma debriefing session & 3 x 1 hour face to face trauma counselling.
• The Tracker Theft Rescue emergency pack provides you with emergency contact numbers to block stolen bank cards, blacklist your stolen cell phone, application forms for replacement of identity book, passport and drivers license documents are also included.

Should your Tracker TomTom Navigation Device be stolen or damaged, we will ensure that the device is replaced. Excess: R500 for the first claim and R1 000 if claimed more than once during any 12 month period. Tracker Navigation Device Protection premiums are only R49 per month or R588 per annum.
